Picture this: you're 29 kilometers into the 42.2 kilometre marathon. Your legs are burning. The Burrard Street Bridge looms ahead. Then—boom!—you’re hit with a tidal wave of cheers, music, high-fives, and electric energy from the loudest, most supportive crew on the course. That’s the HOKA Cheer Zone.

Join us for a fun, social 4K shakeout run along Vancouver's stunning downtown seawall – the perfect way to kick off BMO Marathon weekend! Starting from Vancouver Convention Centre East (999 Canada Place, @ the 5 Sails), this scenic out-and-back route is open to runners of all levels – no marathon bib required!
